Diana Bigham
Chief Learning Officer
Ms. Bigham joined Cogent in 2008 as the company’s first Chief Learning Officer. In this role she leads Cogent Academy, Cogent’s in-house training program. She is also developing a defined leadership academy that is closely tied to the Society of Hospital Medicine’s core competencies, which include clinical conditions, procedures and systems in healthcare.
Ms. Bigham comes to Cogent most recently from Amgen—an international biotech company—where she was the commercialization senior training manager. Previously she was the senior training associate at Eli Lilly and Company and training manager at American Modern Insurance Company. She earned a master’s degree in management from Indiana Wesleyan University.
