Gene Fleming
President and CEO
Mr. Fleming has served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Cogent Healthcare, Inc. since April 2005. Prior to Cogent, he held office in several executive management roles, including President and CEO of Surgical Alliance Corporation; Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer of Quorum Health Group; and President, Eastern Group of Hospital Corporation of America. A lifelong healthcare executive, he served as CEO of three HCA hospitals prior to accepting a senior management role in the company.
Mr. Fleming received his BSBA and MBA from East Carolina University. He is a Fellow with the American College of Healthcare Executives.
