Cheryl Slack

Ms. Slack joined Cogent in a unique way. She had been working as an independent consultant and Cogent was one of her clients. Previously Ms. Slack was chief human resources officer for Sygen International. In that role, she oversaw the HR resources for this international company’s offices in 20 countries. She spent much of her time traveling all over the world developing policies, programs and process that would meet the needs for each of the very diverse locations. Ms. Slack earned a bachelor’s of science in business management from West Virginia Institute of Technology (a satellite campus of West Virginia University). She has completed continued executive education courses from several universities, including Kellogg School of Business, London Business School and Harvard University.
